When you submit an appointment request or contact message we collect your name, phone and/or email, preferred date and time window, request type, your relationship to the patient, and any short message you choose to write. Please do not include medical details or photos.

How we use it

Only to respond to your request and arrange next steps. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in a protected database and are visible only to authorized staff. Notification emails do not contain your personal details.

Chat assistant

Messages typed into the chat may be processed by an AI service when it is enabled. Do not share health information in chat.

Cookies and local storage

We store only your display preferences (theme and text size) in your browser. We do not use advertising trackers.
